with deep experience across nonprofit leadership, operations, governance, and community-centered
initiatives. This work is informed by years of hands-on responsibility for building, repairing, and sustaining organizational infrastructure in complex environments. SLMC brings executive-level insight with practitioner-level understanding—bridging strategy and execution.
